Competition is always a good thing. It forces us to do our best.
The best race I ever ran, 2007 sectionals the 400m dash. Any sprinter will tell you, that the 400 is the hardest race. A level playing field for anyone that willing to put in the work to make it past the first 300m. That's the thing about competitions, you have to put in the work
Below are the various cocktails I've entered in competition's in the last year. Each with their own outlines that they follow for the various competitions. Each competition has their own various rules, so following them is the first key.

2017 Bacardi Legacy
Remember Tille: As I reflect on my childhood, I can't help but to think of my Grandmother Ricarda Tille-Stiggins. We cooked together, watched tv, shopped, I even gave her directions driving at the young age of 6. As she starts her fight against Alzheimer’s, it’s hard for her to remember the days. She spoke the other day about, how could she remember thing’s from her childhood but not what she did this morning? My aunt asked are they happy memories or sad? Happy she replied she told her, enjoy them and don’t feel bad for having them. This drink embodies flavors that represent every little thing about my grandmother and the times we spent together, and I want the memories of Richarda Tille to forever be her legacy.
